Meet Sam Choy.

Sam Choy came to work today. If you haven't heard of him, he's like the King of Hawaiian Cuisine. But yeah, not only did he visit us, he also cooked our lunch menu for us, and I must say, it was really good. I wound up taking a picture with him and afterwards, I felt compelled to buy one of his cookbooks. He's one of the friendliest guys I met, and the smile on his face when you first approach him just makes you want to get up and give the guy a hug. But I didn't.

I don't know if the book will see much exposure on my end, but I'm sure my dad can make use out of it.
