Apple of your eye...
Google has these really small, cute apples at some of the cafés and microkitchens. I decided to steal one and thought that this would make an interesting shot for today. I was also reminded of that verse Psalm 17:8. If you haven't read the Word in a while, check it out.
I'm headed to NC tomorrow night. I hope this trip brings fresh new things to shoot.

So I'm loving this project idea but I'm not sure what kind of advice you are looking for. I love the picture o your friend Brian-- you seem to be really good with bright colors, like your apple!
